The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner will ensure that the business has the right people in the right place at the right time to execute their strategy, managing the full recruitment lifecycle and providing a quality candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Experience in a complex corporate environment.
  • Ability to identify candidates across various channels.
