Overview

The Technical Writer will support internal and client-facing projects, focusing on producing and maintaining high-quality product documentation for healthcare data management solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business/systems analysis and technical writing.
• Experience in healthcare/health informatics is required.
• Familiarity with system integration, EMRs, and FHIR.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into digestible content.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
