Overview

The Contracting Specialist at Smile Digital Health will support the contracts team by managing risk and ensuring effective contract and procurement management within a structured framework.

• Prepare, review, negotiate, and administer various commercial agreements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in contract management or compliance.
• Experience in the healthcare or technology industry preferred.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, law, or related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to interpret complex documentation.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software preferred.
