Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Support Specialist with prior experience handling short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb, Guesty, VRBO, and other real estate administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will manage guest inquiries and reservations and ensure a seamless experience for guests and property owners.

In Short

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after guests' stay.
  • Handle disputes and manage negative reviews professionally.
  • Address maintenance and emergency issues promptly.
  • Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and housekeeping services.
  • Review cleaner reports and ensure properties are guest-ready.
  • Act as a liaison between guests, vendors, and property owners.
  • Maintain and update property listings on Airbnb, VRBO, and other booking platforms.
  • Monitor and adjust property pricing using tools like PriceLabs.
  • Utilize Asana or other task management tools to track and manage responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or property management, preferably in short-term rentals.
  • Strong knowledge of Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and other rental platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite), Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
