Overview

The Customer Solutions Engineer role at Smartly is a dynamic and technical position that combines problem-solving skills with a passion for customer interaction and continuous learning. You will work with some of the largest and most advanced performance marketers in the world, solving their technical bottlenecks and developing innovative solutions that enhance the Smartly platform.

In Short

  • Utilize technical skills to debug errors and solve customer problems.
  • Build and test features tailored to customer requirements.
  • Manage and nurture customer accounts through communication and expertise.
  • Liaise with product, engineering, and customer success teams.
  • Continuously develop technical and marketing knowledge.
  • Assist and train teammates in handling technical issues.
  • Support sales and customer teams with technical expertise.
  • Assess feasibility of technical requests and design solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in development with frontend and databases.
  • Proficiency in Javascript ES6, Typescript, Python, or Node.js.
  • Experience with marketing measurement solutions.
  • Working experience with AWS, specifically Lambda and S3.
  • Minimum of 3+ years in account management or customer-facing roles.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to create solutions independently.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and events.
  • Hybrid flexibility with office presence in Helsinki.
