B2B Sales Representative for Debt Collection Services - Remote

Overview

We are a modern, growth-oriented debt collection company focused on effective and fair collection services for our clients. To expand our network, we are looking for a dedicated B2B salesperson with a passion for acquisition and long-term client relationships.

In Short

• Active acquisition of new clients in the B2B sector (SMEs, retailers, service providers)
• Consulting potential clients on our debt collection services
• Participation in trade fairs, networking events, and digital presentations
• Building and maintaining sustainable client relationships

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in FinTech, debt collection, SaaS, or LegalTech
• Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
• Independent, structured working style with entrepreneurial thinking
• Experience in cold acquisition and working with CRM systems
• Fully equipped home office (desk, chair, strong internet connection)
• Laptop or PC with Windows operating system

Benefits

• Fixed salary: 2,200 - 2,800 EUR gross/month
• Commission up to 12% of the annual revenue of a client (after 12 months)
• Onboarding bonus: 150 EUR per client at contract start
• Quarterly bonus: 500 EUR for >= 5 clients won in a quarter
