We are a modern, growth-oriented debt collection company from Germany focused on effective and fair debt recovery. We are looking for a motivated B2B salesperson residing in Turkey to support us remotely in acquiring new clients.

In Short

  • Telephone and digital acquisition of new business customers in the German-speaking region
  • Presentation of our debt collection services via video or email
  • Documentation of sales activities in the CRM system
  • Close coordination with the sales management in Germany

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales (outbound), ideally with DACH customers
  • High-level German language skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication skills and sales talent
  • Ability to work independently and high motivation
  • Solid technical knowledge (e.g., CRM, email automation)
  • Fully equipped home office (desk, chair, strong internet connection)
  • Laptop or PC with Windows operating system

Benefits

  • Fixed salary: 1,000 - 1,400 EUR gross monthly (depending on experience)
  • Performance-based commission of up to 5% of the annual turnover of a new client (after 12 months)
  • Onboarding bonus: 100 EUR per successful client start
