Overview

We are a modern, growth-oriented collection agency focused on effective and fair debt collection for our clients. To expand our network, we are looking for a dedicated B2B salesperson with a passion for acquisition and long-term client relationships.

In Short

  • Active acquisition of new clients in the B2B sector (SMEs, retailers, service providers)
  • Consultation of potential clients regarding our collection services
  • Participation in trade fairs, networking events, and digital presentations
  • Building and maintaining sustainable client relationships

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in FinTech, collections, SaaS, or LegalTech
  • Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
  • Independent, structured working style with entrepreneurial thinking
  • Experience in cold calling and working with CRM systems
  • Fully equipped home office (desk, chair, strong internet connection)
  • Laptop or PC with Windows operating system

Benefits

  • Attractive base salary
  • Commission up to 12% of the annual revenue of a client (after 12 months)
  • Onboarding bonus: 150 EUR per client at contract start
  • Quarterly bonus: 500 EUR for >= 5 acquired clients in a quarter
  • Flexible working (remote possible), direct reporting line to management
