Overview

We are looking for an experienced technical consultant to join our Customer Infrastructure Team, focusing on one of Smartdesc’s largest global clients in Canary Wharf.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills in IT support and infrastructure.
  • Experience with VMWare vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • Knowledge of storage platforms and physical server equipment.
  • Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Azure AD.
  • Understanding of Active Directory and MS Exchange migration.
  • Familiarity with DNS and network troubleshooting.
  • Ability to configure firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
