Quality Analyst (Client-Facing, BA + QA) - Remote

Overview

The Quality Analyst will ensure the quality and reliability of web, mobile, and enterprise applications, focusing on system integrations, APIs, and end-to-end workflows.

In Short

• Must work second shift (India time) to overlap with U.S. business hours.
• Full-Time position with a 3-month probation period.
• Work with a U.S.-based technology consulting firm.
• Assist with discovery and capture epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define risk-based test plans focused on high-value paths.
• Perform API testing and validate JSON/XML, auth, headers, status codes.
• Execute UI testing for web and mobile applications.
• Maintain traceability from requirements to release notes.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and project managers.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• 4 years combined BA + QA experience on web or mobile projects.
• Strong knowledge of Postman for API testing.
• Experience with automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with .NET Core applications and Salesforce QA.
• SQL querying skills for backend validation.
• Scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, or C# is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Effective communication with global teams.
• Highly organized and self-driven.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
