Overview

The Senior Data Analyst – Talent Function will serve as the single source of truth for all Talent-related data at Smart Working, focusing on building and improving the analytics infrastructure to enhance recruitment strategies.

• Design and own the analytics infrastructure for Talent Acquisition.
• Define metrics and ensure data quality and consistency.
• Analyze recruitment funnel performance for optimization.
• Deliver insights on recruiter productivity and candidate quality.
• Conduct predictive analyses for workforce planning.
• Build integrated reporting solutions with ATS and HRIS data.
• Automate reporting workflows with Talent Ops.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve hiring processes.

• Work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years in data analytics, especially in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in end-to-end analytics in a complex environment.
• Advanced skills in visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation.
• Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets for modeling.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems, preferably Lever.
• Ability to make data-driven recommendations autonomously.
