• Collaborate with the People Analytics team to challenge data setups and refine reporting frameworks.
• Build and maintain Talent Acquisition reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• Conduct business case analyses to support growth and hiring targets across Europe.
• Translate company growth objectives into actionable Talent Acquisition plans.
• Proactively monitor and escalate data-related issues.
• Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams.
• 3-4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an analytics-heavy role.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong ability to challenge existing data setups.
