Overview

The GTM Operations Specialist at Smart Working is responsible for building and scaling a reliable go-to-market data infrastructure that powers outbound and CRM operations, ensuring high-quality data for marketing efforts.

In Short

• Own CRM data hygiene and maintain high-quality contact and account data.
• Audit and optimize CRM properties and deduplication processes.
• Build and maintain scalable enrichment workflows in Clay.
• Run enrichment waterfalls for data accuracy.
• Manage scraping workflows using Bright Data and Apollo exports.
• Prepare outbound lists for campaigns with low bounce rates.
• Reduce duplicates and stale records across data sources.
• Implement email validation workflows.
• Maintain reporting on data health and coverage metrics.
• Document workflows and create scalable processes.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Growth Ops, or Data Ops.
• 2+ years with HubSpot CRM.
• 2+ years using Excel or Google Sheets for data processing.
• 1+ year building workflows in Clay.
• 1–2 years using Apollo for data enrichment.
• Strong understanding of CRM data structures.
• Experience preparing high-quality outbound lists.
• Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
• Ability to own and optimize workflows independently.
