As a Senior ServiceNow Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and owning solutions across the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, operational resilience, and compliance-driven workflows within a remote-first environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow ITSM experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years of platform ownership experience.
• 2+ years of experience with operational resilience frameworks.
• 2+ years supporting SOX or audit processes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise service management.
• 2+ years of experience with API integrations.
• 2+ years working with stakeholders and translating requirements.
