Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails (v6+).
• 3+ years of experience with Angular (v11+).
• Experience with NGRX for reactive state management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in remote teams.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Experience with Postgres and Minitest is a plus.
• Comfortable working across the full stack.
• Critical thinking about architecture and technical challenges.
• Proactive in suggesting improvements to the codebase.
• Hands-on experience in fast-paced environments.
