  • First point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and resolve client tickets.
  • Document issues and maintain a knowledge database.
  • Interact with clients via phone, email, portal, or Live chat.
  • Coordinate and escalate issues according to service expectations.
  • Walk clients through the problem-solving process.
  • Follow up with clients to keep them informed.
  • Remove obstacles for clients, whether technical or emotional.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
