Compliance & Support Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Compliance & Support Analyst at Slash, you will ensure excellent customer experiences while maintaining compliance with banking partners and regulatory requirements.

In Short

• Handle compliance operations for charge card, treasury, and crypto products.
• Conduct transaction monitoring and respond to RFIs from banking partners.
• Document and automate compliance processes.
• Provide cross-coverage on compliance workflows.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot account issues and guide customers through onboarding.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in financial services or compliance operations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Experience with Intercom, Zendesk, or similar tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with AML, KYB/KYC preferred but not required.
