Skillsoft is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Enablement Analyst to join the Enablement team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage competencies, technology, and processes to support the rapid growth of Skillsoft.

• Lead the definition of processes and best practices for various sales platforms.
• Collaborate with the internal LMS platform for optimal functionality.
• Oversee training efforts on sales platforms.
• Manage communications and launch plans for revenue team-facing platforms.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Contribute to platform design and user experience.
• Support annual Revenue Kick-off events.
• Ensure continuous learning and stay updated with best practices.
• Work in a dynamic environment, adapting to company needs.
• Travel up to 10-20% as required.

Requirements

• 5 years of Sales or Sales Enablement experience.
• Expertise in MS Office Suite with strong presentation skills.
• Experience in setting and measuring KPIs.
• Ability to translate requirements into user experiences.
• Agility in a constantly changing environment.
• Robust process design skills.
• Solid understanding of governance and content audits.
• Sales experience or perspective is beneficial.
• Flexibility to meet evolving company needs.
• Ability to travel as needed.
