Software Engineering Coach (GenAI + LLMs) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for experienced lead engineers or equivalent to lead targeted micro-workshops for small groups of software engineers, focusing on high quality teaching material.

In Short

• Lead remote micro-workshops for software engineers.
• Teach both senior and junior engineers about software engineering topics.
• Help learners improve their understanding and application of LLMs.
• Provide expertise in machine learning and LLM concepts.
• Utilize the Skiller Whale platform for teaching sessions.
• Conduct sessions lasting 60-90 minutes.
• Work part-time with flexible hours (1-4 sessions per week).
• Prepare minimally for sessions with provided materials.
• Engage with learners to answer complex questions.
• Contribute to a portfolio career or fractional roles.

Requirements

• Experience in explaining machine learning concepts.
• Knowledge of LLM internals and their behavior.
• Expertise in prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI and IDE integrations.
• Experience coding with LLMs.
• Ability to integrate and pipeline with LLMs.
• Skills in customizing LLM tools.
• Significant real-world expertise in software engineering.
• Ability to provide nuanced answers to complex questions.
• Clear communication of advanced concepts.
