Overview

As a Logistic Agent, you will support the management of our premium fleet, ensuring the smooth operation of the business and assisting branches in their rental activities.

In Short

• First support in managing all administrative tasks related to the fleet.
• Close collaboration with the operational team for daily fleet management.
• Responsible for managing the entire process of vehicle transfers nationwide.
• Manage necessary documentation for vehicle registration and insurance.
• Handle reporting and invoicing within the systems.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
