In Short

  • Provide support to customers across Germany in German and English.
  • Act as the interface between customers and chauffeurs.
  • Monitor driver punctuality and organize alternatives as needed.
  • Ensure proper assignment of booked transfers to drivers.
  • Assist customers in finding their drivers at various locations.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English with excellent communication skills.

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
