Are you ready to redefine customer service? At SIXT, you will be the contact person for our Corporate Business Support and VIP customers, solving complex inquiries and creating real wow moments.

In Short

• Handle complex inquiries from international corporate and VIP customers
• Communicate with customers via email and phone in German and English
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention
• Engage in a diverse role that actively contributes to the department's and company's success
• Willingness to work in shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Requirements

• Ideally, first professional experience in customer service or a similar role
• Enjoy customer contact and work independently and solution-oriented
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Team player and reliable
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
