In Short

• Independent conception, organization, and execution of marketing campaigns focusing on building & optimizing lead funnels
• Implementation of go-to-market strategies and conducting market & competitive analyses
• Development and implementation of campaign plans, including continuous analysis and adjustment to achieve set goals
• Independent execution and monitoring of marketing and advertising measures across various channels, including A/B tests & performance analyses for continuous optimization
• Point of contact for internal units, close collaboration with the sales team, and coordination and briefing of external partners such as agencies

Requirements

• Completed studies in marketing, media or communication management, business administration, or comparable
• At least 5 years of professional experience in campaign management, ideally in the IT or service sector B2B
• Experience with various marketing channels & tools (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Hubspot, SEO/SEA)
• High initiative, online affinity, and strong analytical-conceptual thinking as well as the ability to develop innovative campaign ideas
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as very good German & English skills
