Transaction Solutions Analyst (GDS) - Remote

Overview

As a Transaction Solutions Analyst at SiteMinder, you will be an escalation specialist and a subject matter expert for our Global Distribution System (GDS) customers, providing technical support and training.

In Short

• Provide Level-2 solutions for Partner-related cases.
• Deliver technical support for SiteMinder's GDS and Meta customers.
• Manage escalated cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Continuously improve technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Coordinate GDS deployments and customer training.
• Work collaboratively with the global Partner Support team.
• Ensure compliance with SiteMinder's SOPs and service level agreements.
• Engage in customer interaction and conflict resolution.
• Be a self-driven expert in GDS services.
• Contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

• Experience in L2 escalations and/or logs.
• Desire to become an expert in GDS Services.
• Understanding of Reservations Management: CRS and META search.
• Strong customer interaction skills.
• Ability to work within SLA or KPI driven environments.
• Self-starter with a drive for continuous improvement.
