Overview

In this role, you are much more than a classic assistant – you act as a strategic interface and trusted sparring partner for two members of the top management: the Group Chief Marketing & Impact Officer and the Director of Contracts, Utilities & Environmental Services, who is also the managing director of one of our subsidiaries. You support both in a dynamic, international environment where ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) is a central theme that forms the basis of collaboration.

In Short

  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders at management, partner, and project levels.
  • Diplomatic management and balancing of different interests in collaboration with management.
  • Control and coordinate internal and external communication in close coordination with both executives.
  • Prioritize and filter requests as well as manage access to the management efficiently.
  • Structure complex information and support informed decision-making processes.
  • Independently organize and manage calendars, meetings, business trips, and events.
  • Prepare, document, and follow up on meetings, presentations, and to-dos.
  • Close collaboration with the CMIO in her role as Joint Managing Director.
  • Support and coordinate ESG-related projects and areas such as sustainability, communication, marketing, and transformation.

Requirements

  • Experience dealing with a variety of stakeholders within international corporate structures.
  • Strong self-organization, forward-thinking, and independent working style.
  • Several years of experience (at least 3 years) as an assistant at C-level or in a comparable role is an advantage.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented personality with a strong sparring partner mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken).
  • High loyalty, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive topics.
  • Proficient use of MS Office and digital organizational tools.
  • Team-oriented, hands-on mentality, and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
