Overview

As a Commercial Account Executive at Simpplr, you will help drive growth by cultivating relationships with target prospects and converting them into customers.

In Short

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process to meet or exceed bookings and revenue goals.
  • Build a 4X pipeline to ensure successful achievement of ARR targets.
  • Create quarterly forecasts against established targets.
  • Develop winning proposals encompassing all aspects of the Simpplr platform.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales.
  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly bookings.
  • Collaborate with internal resources as part of team selling.
  • Participate in the development of the sales process and value proposition.
  • Engage in business-level and technical conversations.
  • Work independently to lead a sales cycle from start to finish.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of field sales experience in technology/software industry.
  • 5+ years of overall sales experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience with $50k+ ARR SaaS deals.
  • Startup sales experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience in selling SaaS and enterprise cloud applications.
  • Superior communication skills and strong leadership qualities.
  • Existing relationships in target profile accounts are a plus.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Strong team-oriented business values.
