Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Simplify360, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success and delight for our clientele while expanding revenue through cross-selling and up-selling.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years’ experience in leading customer-facing organizations in SaaS
  • Experience in customer onboarding and relationship management
  • Ability to understand customer problems and provide solutions
  • Strong sense of customer satisfaction and empathy
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Master's degree in management or Program Management preferred
