Finance Analyst - Remote

Overview

SimplePractice is seeking a detail-oriented, organized self-starter to join our Finance team as a Financial Analyst. This role will be responsible for the Company’s budgeting, forecasting processes, and financial analysis to support key decisions.

In Short

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
• Assist with preparation of board presentations and other monthly reports
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial information
• Work with the accounting team on variance analysis & reporting
• Provide insight and recommendations on business performance
• Perform ad hoc special analysis projects
• Drive reporting and ongoing analysis automation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
• Experience with SAAS business model and requisite KPIs
• Experience with financial planning software is a plus
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent project management skills
