Overview

The Customer Success Specialist – Microsoft Licensing will manage and advise on all aspects of Microsoft licensing for customers, ensuring compliance and cost optimization while collaborating with sales and customer success teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in a licensing or customer success role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
  • Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals or higher.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Familiarity with hybrid or multi-cloud licensing.
  • Customer-centric attitude.
