Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, with leadership experience.
• 1 year of exposure to the financial technology sector.
• Experience in building recommendation engines and analytical tools.
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries.
• Experience with MLOps tools for model deployment.
• Expertise in predictive modeling and customer segmentation.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets in cloud environments.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks.
• Fluent in English.
