• Lead the development of a scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud platform across AWS and GCP.
• Provide technical leadership for designing and operating Kubernetes clusters and cloud-native services.
• Champion developer self-service by building tools and frameworks.
• Define and measure developer productivity using frameworks like DORA and SPACE.
• Establish and manage a robust 24/7 monitoring strategy.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and deliver high-priority projects.
• Own relationships with cloud service providers for cost-effective usage.
• Optimize cloud spend through FinOps practices.
• Advocate for architectural best practices in cloud platform development.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing team of engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or cloud platform roles.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, AWS/GCP infrastructure, and databases.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools for operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated experience in establishing efficient 24/7 monitoring systems.
• Proven ability to build and lead distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of mentoring engineers.
