Bilingual Member Engagement Representative - Remote

Overview

As a Bilingual Member Engagement Representative, you will contact members of various Medicare Advantage and Medicaid health plans to offer, explain, and schedule healthcare evaluations, contributing to improving lives and making a lasting difference.

In Short

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Starting hourly rate $15.00, with unlimited monthly commission potential.
• 2 weeks of required paid training (Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM).
• Call center hours of operation are Monday-Sunday 7AM – 9PM.

• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour.
• Follow 20+ approved scripts and respond to rebuttals.
• Meet daily goals for outbound dials and appointments.
• Monitor performance results using designated reporting systems.
• Participate in peer coaching as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience required.
• Previous outbound call center experience preferred.
• Good communication skills and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule.
• Strong computer skills and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
