Overview

As a Bilingual Member Engagement Representative at Signify Health, you will play a crucial role in contacting members of Medicare Advantage and Medicaid health plans to offer and schedule healthcare evaluations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience required.
• Previous outbound call center experience preferred.
• Good communication skills, friendly and conversational.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple systems simultaneously.
