Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues using various tools.
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of databases.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.
