Our company invites a professional, motivated, and proactive Researcher to join our friendly recruitment team. Your job will be to help our famous customers worldwide find great development talents to join their teams.

In Short

• Develop talent pipelines of high-quality candidates to support our growing business needs across multiple global geographies.
• Identify and engage the best tech and non-tech talent to be part of our network.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to determine position requirements and search strategies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create innovative attraction and engagement strategies.
• Search traditional and non-traditional sources such as job boards, lists, search engines, social media, etc.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proficiency in using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experienced in traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques.
• Ability to work independently but as part of an international team.
• Strong service orientation, sense of urgency and quality, along with a high level of flexibility, creativity, pragmatism, and personal drive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with strong organizational and documentation skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
