In Short

• Be a champion for Instructure’s internal and external research and evaluation work.
• Support data quality assurance efforts.
• Analyze education data, infer results, and generate reports using advanced quantitative analyses.
• Support item response theory analyses and predictive validity studies.
• Develop program logic models and perform literature reviews.
• Communicate about educational research using non-technical language.
• Own and manage deliverables for product evaluations and research projects.
• Organize and document planned work with the research team.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to execute planned work.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in K-12 education research or program evaluation.
• Masters or Doctorate in a related field.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with Stata or R for quantitative analyses.
• Ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana or JIRA.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Proven problem-solving aptitude.
