Program Manager for AI & Machine Learning Projects - Remote

Overview

As we expand our AI Center of Competence, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Program Manager to help our clients elevate their businesses with AI solutions. This role is pivotal in processing incoming client requests, preparing business proposals, and initiating new machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) projects.

In Short

• Process requests from new clients and collaborate with them to define project scope.
• Interact directly with clients to understand their needs and business objectives.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner to clients with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Prepare comprehensive business proposals.
• Collaborate with internal resource centers to ensure proposals align with organizational capabilities and client expectations.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams during project initiation.
• Design AI solutions that effectively address client business problems.
• Coordinate internal AI adoption and R&D projects.
• Enhance expertise and knowledge within the company in ML and AI.
• Identify and address competence gaps in the team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in program or project management within the software development industry.
• At least 1 year of experience working with ML and AI solutions.
• Ability to conceptualize and design technical solutions at a high level.
• Understanding of AI applications and their limitations.
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
• Strong leadership skills with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English.
