Compliance Department Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Compliance Department Coordinator to drive and support organizational changes across the company. If you’re detail-oriented, highly organized, and know how to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels — you might be the perfect fit for our team! In this role, you’ll help shape processes, ensure alignment with standards and regulations, and act as a key link between teams to make compliance a natural part of how we work.

In Short

• Prepare reports based on quality performance data
• Maintain accurate records of key process results
• Review recorded action items, communicate with their owners to get them closed
• Attend and coordinate meetings, create meeting minutes
• Proofread and review documents in English

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially with Excel and Word
• Strong organizational skills
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Ability to write concise and clear messages
• Experience working in the IT industry (would be a plus)
• Understanding of ISO 9001 (would be a plus)
• Understanding KPIs and measurements (would be a plus)
