Overview

Sigital is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead Consultant to become a part of our fast-growing professional services business. This role will be responsible for acting as the team leader for Sigital's delivery teams. We are a ServiceNow Premier Partner whose mission is to help organizations align their IT Services and Operations Management strategy with their businesses and service delivery needs.

• Design and oversee technical solutions for clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years in ServiceNow Partner consulting services.
• Expertise in integration functionality (Integration-Hub, Soap, REST).
• Ability to lead a development team.
• Experience with ServiceNow Employee Center and Gen AI Solutions.
• US citizenship required.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering.
• Certified System Administrator & Certified Application Development required.
• 2+ Certified Implementation Specialist certifications required.
• Preferred certifications include Data Foundations and Pro Certifications.
