Overview

As the Director of Partnerships at Siena AI, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of our partnerships program, creating an ecosystem that includes BPOs, agencies, and tech integration partners. Your role is to scale a high-impact partnerships function that directly drives revenue and positions Siena as the preferred partner in the CX ecosystem.

  • Proven experience in GTM strategies.
  • Demonstrated people management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with analytics experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
