Overview

The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth, while identifying and securing new clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client relationship management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in utility billing or related industries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
