Scrum Master (Enterprise Technology Systems) - Remote

Overview

The Scrum Master for Enterprise Technology Systems will facilitate the Scrum process, remove impediments, and ensure teams adhere to Agile principles for optimal performance.

In Short

• Serve as a liaison between the Product Owner and the product team.
• Help embrace agile values and apply agile practices.
• Monitor progress and eliminate impediments.
• Facilitate Team Scrum ceremonies.
• Lead and contribute to Program Increment Planning ceremonies.
• Work closely with PO and PPM to manage the sprint backlog.
• Must have working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Knowledge of cloud-based technology is preferred.
• Provide insights based on Agile metrics to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with Scrum tools and techniques.
• Experience with budgeting and accounting operations.
• Experience in process improvement activities.
