As a Customer Care Representative at Thrive, you will assist customers in navigating our inventory management system through various communication channels while contributing to the growth of the company.

In Short

• Part-time position, 25 hours/week
• Work hours preferably 5 hours/day, Monday to Friday
• Fully remote work environment
• Assist customers via live chat, email, phone, and video calls
