Overview

The Nurse Field Case Manager is responsible for coordinating care for patients in Western Canada, providing education and support while ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license.
• Preferred BScN or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, GI, and Dermatology.
• Proficient in reimbursement landscape and patient support programs.
• Five or more years of direct clinical experience.
• Strong telephony and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage cases efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
