• Manage daily operations for a portfolio of domestic carriers.
• Support performance tracking and operational reporting for assigned carriers.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations or partner management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving ability with initiative to resolve issues.
• Comfortable working with data and tracking metrics.
• Basic familiarity with APIs and technical systems.
• Professional communication skills.
• Team player with a customer-centric mindset.
