People Services Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The People Services Coordinator will be responsible for responding to queries and issues related to HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring effective solutions while contributing to HR process improvements and employee experience.

In Short

• Monitor and maintain the People Service Center queue.
• Deliver timely and comprehensive responses to employee inquiries.
• Evaluate ticket escalation requirements and assign tasks accordingly.
• Document ticket statuses and maintain communication with all parties.
• Identify and communicate recurring query causes to relevant teams.
• Enhance employee experience by improving self-service resources.
• Collaborate with HR teams to develop self-service resources.
• Ensure accuracy of employee records and data.
• Support new hire onboarding and other HR initiatives.
• Demonstrate empathy and commitment to exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Experience with HR Service Center or customer service platforms.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 and HR Technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborative team player with a customer service mindset.
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
