Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented People Coordinator to join our growing People Team! This entry-level role plays a central part in supporting day-to-day People Operations and ensuring a smooth, high-quality employee experience from onboarding through offboarding.

In Short

• Be the first point of contact for employee questions via the People Team inbox.
• Support the execution of employee lifecycle changes.
• Ensure the accuracy of employee records across systems.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and I-9 form completion.
• Support the independent contractor processes.
• Maintain the People Directory and Notion New Hire Database.
• Track compliance training and certification completions.
• Support ad hoc People Team projects.

Requirements

• A strong interest in growing a career in People Operations or HR.
• 1+ years of experience in a People, Operations, or administrative role.
• Eagle-eyed attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A natural systems-thinker who looks for ways to improve processes.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• A team-first, service-oriented mindset.
