Overview

The People Team is building a humane work experience that prioritizes empathy, connection and wellbeing through every milestone in the employee experience. You’ll support all of Loop’s People team, specifically our People Operations and People Business Partner Teams.

In Short

  • Kick off the employee journey by owning the pre-onboarding experience for new team members.
  • Administer the details of offboarding for alumni.
  • Manage employee information and process changes.
  • Serve as the go-to for all employee questions and challenges.
  • Gather feedback through stay or exit interviews to improve the Loop experience.
  • Support managers with performance challenges.
  • Assist Recruiting and Employee Experience teams as needed.
  • Scale the People function ensuring systems and processes are effective.
  • Champion core values and elevate team culture.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR role.
  • 1 year of experience using Rippling for system enhancements.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proven ability to create partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience handling confidential information.
  • Proactive in improving processes and documentation.
  • Quick to learn new tools and become a self-sufficient user.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful.
