Overview

As a Technical Solutions Engineer II at ShipBob, you will provide engineering services and support for end user computing infrastructure and applications. You will work with various business units to deliver technical solutions and evaluate new technologies for the company.

• Provide engineering services for end user computing infrastructure.

Requirements

• 2+ years designing end user computing solutions in a cloud-first environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID in an enterprise setting.
• 2+ years with MDM solutions like Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Familiarity with Azure Automation Accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Intune and device management.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for Windows and MacOS.
• Experience with scripting languages like Powershell or Python.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and automation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize work based on objectives.
