In Short

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, from creating job descriptions to interviewing and extending offers.
• Coordinate onboarding processes to welcome new team members smoothly, including orientation sessions and necessary documentation.
• Support the planning, organization, and logistics of employee training programs and workshops.
• Maintain accurate records of employee certifications, training activities, and development progress.
• Set up, manage, and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Develop training materials and collaborate with managers to provide engaging learning opportunities.
• Foster a positive onboarding experience that promotes our values and culture.
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and support leadership with reports and documentation.
• Handle correspondence, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality with care.
• Support physical and virtual office management to ensure a productive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience supporting recruitment and employee development initiatives.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, HRIS, and video conferencing tools.
• Ability to work independently, multitask effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment.
